Wisconsin State Assembly Hearing

Dant’e Cottingham spoke at the  Assembly Judiciary Hearing in support of the Second Chance Bill AB 845. The Bill would essentially end Life WithOut Parole(LWOP) for juveniles and give them an opportunity for release.
